We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in the same condition that you received and must also be in the original packaging that was purchased on our website for return or exchange. Slick N' Young merchandise physical stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual store for their return policy.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 15 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment after deducting the shipping cost. If it's received after 30 days, An eGift Card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods make up, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
